Pickit 3 programming kit allows debugging and this programmer also allows programming of PIC. this device also allows DSPIC flash microcontrollers at the most affordable price. programmer 3 allows us to use a powerful graphical user interface. this programmer provides MPLAB integrated development environment. this programming board is connected to the design’s engineer’s PC. this programmer kit also provides a full-speed USB interface. this Pickit 3 can be connected to the targe through Microchip debug. here microchip debug is RJ-11.  this programmer kit also connected to the connector which is compatible with MPLAB ICD 2, MPLAB ICD 3, and MPLAB Real ICE.

• it contains install 28 pins and 40 pins of the microcontroller, this programmer is left- aligned 28/40 P.
• it contains flag short-circuit cap on the position A.
• 8, 14, 18, 20 pin microcontroller aligned on left.
• 8P/ 14P/18P/20P is the flag line.
• it contains position B is for shorting cap.
• Crystal’s head name is ICD2, KIT2, KIT3.
• it contains a 6 pin block programming connection for programming.
