- 74HC05 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device. It contains six inverters. The device has also outputs that are open-drain. Therefore, can be connected to other open-drain outputs to implement active-LOW
- wired-OR or active-HIGH wired-AND functions. 74HC05 suitable for use in automotive applications.

- Automotive product qualification in accordance with Automotive Electronics Council (Grade 1).
- Operating temperature ranges between -40°C to +85°C and from -40°C to +125°C.
- Supply Voltage between 2.0 V to 6.0 V.
